Guys I am wondering if anyone has had an issue like mine. I have a 2019 2500 10,000 miles on it and something happened with the transmission I have it in the shop and it has been done for 2 month just over actually. They say they can not get a valve body mine has been on order and they keep giving me dates then on that day o call and they says it’s not in. Is it this difficult to get a valve body for a 68RFE they say they can not even get a new tranny for the truck? So I am in limbo at this point next date they have me is 7/14/2020. Also if this is an issue should I even keep the truck I have always had Chevy before this but really like theirs truck. Looking for advise or if there is someone at ram to talk to?

I am deeply sorry for the trouble, @Fenrir455. Please do not hesitate to follow up with us via private message, as I would be happy to escalate a case on your behalf so that a specialist can work alongside your dealer to try and get this in as soon as possible.

i have a 2019 2500 Laramie. Truck will go into gear, but not move. It was in the shop for 3 weeks in Durham NC. They replaced valve body and it did NOT fix the problem. They then performed several flushes on the system, said a clot of something came out, and the truck was " fixed". I drove it from Durham NC to West Virginia, where I live and the next day ... same issue. So, now my local dealer where I purchased the truck has it, and I am in a Caravan . Talk about a trade down . Any fixes on thus issue known ?

Thanks Mark,
I have a CM through FCA. I am in a provided rental for the duration. Obviously, it isnt my Rocky Ridge 2500 , and it is hunting season...

I appreciate the follow up good sir and I certainly get where you are coming from. However, I am glad to hear you are working with our care team. Should you experience any communication trouble, we are always a PM away and more than willing to check into your case for you.
