Upgraded from 8.4 non nav uconnect 5 to 12.1 uconnect 5 and have a plug issue

Ok I have a 2022 ram 1500 that had a 8.4 non nav uconnect system in it. I found a user on here who had the uconnect 5 12.1 setup he was wanting to sell due to trading in his truck.
I got it all here and went to install it and the back of this screen has a grey plug in and my truck has a black plug and they are different. I need to know why and how do I fix this? If I need an adapter what is it called and where can I get one?

The cable with the plug and adapter in this photo from Jimmy07. He makes them. I already had the white end lvds cable. You need both of these when going from 8.4-12 screen
