I posted this already on another thread on the Interior section, but I wanted to get more visibility on this in case anyone else has had something similar. Forgive me for double posting.
I took my truck into the dealer for multiple issues. The two biggest issues in my opinion are the A/C blower will randomly cutout and anywhere from 15-30 seconds later start up again and start blowing. The other issue is the truck will sometimes have a rough idle and the other day while backing out of my garage, it cut off. So the dealer could not replicate any of my issues which I expected since they are random. However, they pulled 2 stored codes and both were HVAC.
HVAC – B10EB-4B Blower Power Module over temp
HVAC – B10EB-19 Blower Power Module Overcurrent
They cleared the codes and told me that they haven't had the problem happen to them since clearing them so everything should be okay now. What a joke!! Clearly these codes are related to something causing the blower motor to stop and you would think they would just everything related that could cause it. But no, they can't do that without replication. I have a case that has been open on these issues, but I can't even get in touch with my case specialist and the dealer says they have not heard from this person checking up on things either. Not a happy customer at this point.
Does anyone have any insight into these codes and what a potential underlying issue could be? Do you think there could be a link between the A/C issue and the truck having a random rough idle and cutting off based anything?
