Uconnect Screen wont turn off

Yes...my truck has all kinds of weird electrical issues. Headlights, taillights, dash, radio, cameras and more. Basically, anything that is electrical is being effected at the moment. I think I could post in almost every problem thread this site has. Even with all the problems, I still love the truck and I really hope they find the gremlins that are causing the problems.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but had this just happen to me about an hour ago after coming home. Made a quick phone call while driving and lost the call without realizing it, then had no sound from the radio but the screen was working and reactive to changing the channels. Then when I turned it off and opened the door, nothing shut down. No sound came out, but the screen was still on. I tried powering off the screen, but it said that action couldn't be done while a phone call was in progress. There was no call in progress. I came inside to google what happened and this popped up first. I went out to try and disconnect the battery, but when I got back the screen was off again, so I turned the truck back on and had to turn the radio back on, but it's working again. The truck has less than 900 miles on it and is only 2 months old, so hopefully it doesn't happen again.

Mine stayed on last week after getting out BUT I realized I was on the phone when I got out of the truck. For those of you it’s happening to were you on the phone when you got out? Even so it’s a glitch.

I’m having the same issue with the radio not turning off on my 2019 Big Horn.
CarPlay doesn’t work either.

eventually today it killed my truck and now I can’t drive it.
I just bought this darn thing last night.
