Uconnect 8.4 non nav phone favorites issue

I have the same issue with my 2019 Laramie and my phone is Android

Anyone figure out a definitive solution? My 2021 ram also will not keep them. I too have an android.

Nothing. I even switched brands of phone from Samsung thinking maybe it was Samsung's issue. Nope...same issue with Google Pixel 6.

This most recent update has my Uconnect and Android Auto all messed up. I am missing favorites in Bluetooth like everyone else. In addition the top half of my screen is unresponsive 2 or 3 times after switching from maps to other apps. I have always had the issue with the volume being stuck in Android notifications as well. I hoped that this would be fixed in an update, but no luck.

I figured after 2 years I'd check again to see if anyone's been able to get this resolved. I've all but given up entirely.
