Turn signal cameras

I read in one of the forums that there is a feature where the mirror camera turns on and displays on the center console when you hit the turn signal. Like a Tesla. I was totally unaware of this feature and would like to have it. Does anyone know if it is part of the advanced safety package II or if it only comes with the trailer package?

I just ordered my truck with the safety package but not the advanced tech or trailer package.

I did google and called Ram.. but no clear answer.

The only thing I can find is for MY25+ you're going to need the trailer package (tow mirrors).

I used that on my 2021 with the Tazer it's cool.

Thanks … I’m bummed it is not part of the advanced safety group.

Tazer will not work on the new trucks. just a heads up !

Hi For anyone that may have been interested…. I got my truck (2026 Laramie 1500) and can confirm that with the advanced safety package with surround view and no tow package you do Not get Tesla like blind spot camera views. Looks like you have to have the tow package. Bummed out. But the mirror inserts are good enough.
