Tungsten Owners who hate that the truck was made without the paddle shifters

I am a three-time Ram 1500 owner. I owned a 2011 Sport, a 2021 Limited 4x4, and now a 2025 Tungsten. I purchased the new truck for the latest Hurricane Engine but was shocked not to have the option to have the paddle shifter in the steering wheel. I was inches away from going with the RHO, but as I said, the added lift and no air suspension kept my 58-year-old self from buying the RHO. I am asking the forum if I purchased an OEM RHO steering wheel. Would it be able to be installed (professionally) and still function as the original one? And most notably, with a flash, have the use of the paddle shifter?

that steering wheel is thousands of dollars 3,200 if I remember right. they had to change mine in my limited under warranty for bad leather wrapping.

It may be costly, but I wonder if it will work. I would love to be able to shift this engine manually.

Roger, that's wishful thinking. If I had a local dealership with an RHO in stock, I could at least see if my wife and I could step up into the RHO. It seems they are all being shipped out west.
