I've read that many owners have had trannys replaced.

I created an FCA case after two dealers could not replicate the problem.

Now I can't get the FCA case manager to return my call. What is wrong with this picture?

Welcome to the forum. I’m not sure I can help, but I do know at least one of our 15,000+ members started a thread on having his transmission replaced.

Found it:

I forgot to mention that I also get a very hard shift 2-3, loud clunk, followed by a big tyranny slip 3-4. Watching the tach, if I'm lightly accelerating at 1500 rpm, tach will show a 5-700 rpm surge 3-4. I get large slips on ocassional downshifting.

Two dealers said nothing wrong, due to no codes. Neither dealer drove truck.

Still waiting on FCA case manager.

We need some more info on your truck. Fill out your sig info that way it's easy to get and you won't be bothered with people asking every five seconds, lol.

There are multiple TSB /RRT updates out there for the different drivetrains, which one do you have?
What is your build date?

I had some minor slip I was noticing on my truck, told the service writer I wanted my transmission fluid level verified. I was "1 quart" low according to them, also with zero codes from the truck.

With more info, I'm sure we can recommend something for ya. Heck, even your location could maybe prompt someone to recommend a good dealer for ya.

Welcome to the forums, congrats on the truck, and I hope your experience with the truck gets better from here!

Hi Driver,
I am sorry to hear that you are having troubles getting in touch with your case manager. If you would like to send our team a PM with your case number and/or VIN we would be happy to look into this further for you!
