Trailer steering calibration

I have the towing package on my 21 Laramie and calibrated my boat trailer with the truck for the trailer steering. The next time I hooked it up, it had me re-calibrate.

Do I have to re-calibrate every use, or did I not do something correct?

2021 Ram and I have same issue. Can’t find in manual how to set it to stay in memory?

My 2021 Laramie with the towing package does the same thing. It must be a software bug and I hope they fix it soon.
