Question is. the 115 NM bolt. I got it loose but it never comes fully out. it drops down about 3/4" - 1" and just dangles there mocking me. Is it supposed to take force to get it out?

I know it's been a while and this thread is dead, but can you coach me on obtaining such a drawing? I have signed up on Mopar.com, but I can't figure out how to navigate to 3D drawings like that. It's very useful. I'll be installing my own, and my own skid plates too, because my configuration didn't come with them.
