I've never used Adam's VRT but it but says that it is water-based, no solvents or alcohol, and silica-infused.

Looks like BAK recommends 303:

I’ve read nothing but good reviews about VRT, so you can’t go wrong with either one.

303 Aero or CarPro Perle (mixed to outside prot levels) is what I have used for all rubber/vinyl forever.

I have had my Mx4 For a year and a half and only use car wash soap on it, same as I wash my truck which is Adam’s car shampoo. Looks as good as the day about it.

The problem with this is no UV protection...which will damage it eventually.

I used 303 on my Vinyl Hot Tub cover when I lived up north and there is nothing better than 303 to protect things from the elements and UV damage. I would highly recommend 303 to anyone!
