265/70R18 is 32.6” tall, 10.4” wide.
275/65R18 is 32.1” tall, 10.8” wide.
They should fit fine; you’re a bit taller, and a bit narrower. Personally, I like a tire that’s a bit wider than stock, rather than narrower, so I’d look at 285 or 295 before 265. (I run 305/60R18, which is the same height as stock, but 1.2” wider; these are probably too wide for stock wheels).
(265 refers to the width of the tire cross section in millimeters; divide by 25.4 to get inches. The second number is the aspect ratio, or the ratio of sidewall to width. Multiple the width in inches by the second and divide by 100 to get the sidewall height. Double that and add the third number, the wheel diameter, to get the total height).
(265 / 25.4 * 70 / 100 * 2) + 18 = 32.6”
