Thud noise behind rear seat

When hitting a "sharp" bump like a raised seam in the roadway driving slow speeds (25 mph) I have this very irritating thump/thud in the area sounding like behind the right rear seat. If I did not know better (Have checked) I would swear it was something hitting the back of the cab like the bed contacting cab. Been there since the night I bought it, trip to dealers produced zero results, and 14,000 miles in it is no better, no worse, but very irritating. Did anyone deal with any type of noise like described?

Is the spare tire secured and not loose? Other than that can’t really think what would cause a thump.

Interesting finds behind back seat

Have been meaning to pull back the carpet behind the back seats just to lay eyes on the battery pack and sub. Glad I did. A few observations: 1. The carpet "bridge" between the back of the rear console and the carpeted back wall is magnetic. You can just pull it straight off if you needed to...

Mine was loose since it's only attached by too small of plastic rivets that allowed play.

On my new 2019 I had an audible/annoying noise when hitting speed bumps or rough terrain. Took it to dealer and they torqued the sway bar. Noise gone!
