The Many Moods of The Ram

This is an invitation for us, as a community, to share a little bit more about ourselves with like-minded people.

We have a thread that is devoted to mods and improvements to our trucks (love that thread btw), but I haven't seen one that helps us display the way we use our machines. Some of us are simply commuters (no shame in that), others are explorers, others are blue-collared tradesmen,.....etc. Why not showcase the many applications of your Ram?

All you have to do is drop by and insert an image of a way that you use your truck. Whether it be hauling, towing a chevy, a fishing expedition, an overlanding adventure, a camping/hunting trip, a home depot run, whatever.......show how you use your Ram.

I'll start:

I finally got the truck bed dirty today when I went and got a load of (vegetation) compost for my wife's garden bed. That was all she wanted for mother's day and I was more than happy to oblige.

NYC blue collar but I use companies vehicles once I get on site. That’s a view of my rebel parked with my view from the bridge I’m working on. Only thing I’ve towed is the log splitter I bought

I haven't towed with this truck as yet. We sold our 32' travel trailer last year and I have not been able to stomach the prices for a replacement just yet......which is a bummer cuz I really want to try out the trailer steer function that I have. #grin

Coming up on the Ram's first birthday and almost 17,000 miles already. Daily driver for work, grocery getting, hauling kids, ski trips, snowmobiles, and a few camping trips in the bed.

I use mine for commuting 60 miles round trip to work every day and for towing our travel trailer. Towed the TT on 24 camping trips in 2021 for a total of about 8,500 miles. We go a lot, but not very far from home

Our traditional mother's day camping trip. This one was a bit more exciting. One camper tire exploded on the way there and the other blew up on the way back home. Took out part of the camper with it. Good times.

Too much, LOL! It's 6900lbs the way we usually have it loaded. I'm at 12,829lbs GCVWR, which is only 1,071lbs of cushion from the limit.

Well, I normally just use for commuting, that said I do use it as a truck when the time calls. Like shopping at a yard sale for junk I don't need


I also load up the mini motorcycle quite a bit, along with all the scooters and whatnot that the kids have.

Lol! That's what I love most about having a bed....it being there when you come across that deal that just can't be passed up.
