Surging at low speeds?

In my case this happens anytime the truck is cold, and the RPMs are higher during warmup.

It's just frustrating for sure. You expect a vehicle like this to run smoother in these situations.
My 2019 Hemi has done the same thing since new. It's not often, is at one particular constant speed at one particular throttle position. I usually notice it in creeping traffic, particularly when waiting at metering lights entering the freeway.

When it does, I just adjust to more or less throttle and it goes away, so it's never really been an major issue. Definitely a tuning problem that could probably be resolved, but not worth the effort to do so IMO.
