Supercharging the 5.7

Has anyone looked into supercharging their 5.7? I supercharged my previous 5.7 Tundra and was considering doing the same with my Ram (current Ram is a 2019 Laramie crew cab). And yes, I know the TRX is out there, but if what everyone says is true, then they are all spoken for. Gotta make the most of what you got, right.

Procharger supercharger hemi 5.7

I called a few weeks ago. I was the second person on the list to show interest in a supercharger for the 2019 ram 1500 hemi 5.7 v8. The more interest they have, the sooner they will try to release a kit. Can some of the ram community call procharger to get on the list. It’s not committing you...

I have already installed a Whipple on my 2019 Ram 1500 Limited, with a custom tune in addition to a few other mods like a Borla exhaust. Why do you need to go for ProCharger?

This (obviously) fits with eTorque. It’s not clear to me that the Whipple would fit. Maybe @j50shf can confirm.

Honestly not sure for an eTorque as
Mine's just a regular hemi. If I remember From
An initial conversation with my installer he wanted to check I didn't have an eTorque (which indicates it may not fit). A quick email To Whipple sales team
will get you an answer.

Only the Launch Edition is sold out. That's the special color and full optioned model. FCA will make as many TRX's as are ordered.

Yes. Over 20k miles on it. I just got it dyno tuned locally again getting rid of the Procharger tune that comes with the kit. So it runs even better to me now

I had 485 to the wheels when I got it tuned locally again at the beginning of 21. Around 430 to the wheels when I got it back from procharger
