It does not void warranty. Dealer would have to prove the modification caused the failure should something happen. Best thing about these kits is they are bolt on, do you could always take it off.

Only parts voided are the parts replaced, and all out has a 5 yeap 60k warranty on that. So.. No

Very little noise actually, I'm happy with them so far. And yes price is good
