The first 2024 trucks came down the line this weekend. Have found 584 trucks so far as of now, will update again once complete for the day.

There won't be an update until it starts production. He's not psychic. You can call your salesman, to see if there is an estimated build date.

Ordered 6/23 - Vin 7/15 its 3/4 week wait.

Timeline I have or I guesstimated (Ram 1500 Laramie Night Edition 4x4 5’7” bed)
Order: 6/23/2023
Vin: 7/15/2023
Production Start: 08/24/2023 (based on what rep told me)
Production Finish: 09/15/2023 ( 21 days production time is what I was told)
Inspection QC Check Complete: 09/22/2023 (was told 1 week after production is finished)
Shipment: 09/29/2023 (was told ships week after QC)
Arrives Dealership: 10/30/2023 ( was told takes 30-32 days to arrive after it ships)
Delivery: 11/04/2023 (I can only pick up on weekend)

Your dealer is blowing smoke. Production is 1 to 2 days normally. Inspection and 1st shipping can be same day. Some have delays. The truck that I didn't acceptt, back in January, was in a storage lot, waiting for a truck to the dealer, 2 days after it started production. Depending where it ships, can be a couple days, to 3 or 4 weeks. This truck was added to production schedule, but has no start date.

I placed my order on 7/8 and received my VIN on 7/26...took 2.5 weeks. It's been another two weeks so far without further updatea, but seems like that's pretty normal. I'm hoping to get my truck sometime before the end of November, but we'll see how that goes...totally out of our hands once you sign the order paperwork.

Here's a Screenshot of my 2023 Laramie G/T from May 1st, 2023 to show production runs at that time.

Unfortunately, we took delivery on July 14th, 2023 and on July 21st, 2023 it was TOTALLED ($53,000 damage) when a 2020 Silverado rear-ended me at ~45mph when I was at a full stop!

We ordered a new 2024 Laramie G/T on July 28th and immediately received a VON, but now two weeks later..no VIN. My dealer said to expect ~3-4 weeks to get a VIN.

NOT happy about a possible strike postponing this build further.

Praying for a VIN asap to at least get the ball rolling!

**Sidenote..their insurance did pay me out 100% on my Purchase Agreement. I have a concussion, neck whiplash issues, and lower back issues, but the RAM did exactly what it was supposed to do..I was able to avoid crashing, the other two people weren't though Unfortunately!

Ordered JUL-05-2023 - still no vin - mine is a limited with 6'4" bed. I bet ill be waiting a little longer than the 5'7 orders.
