I'm not far from the plant, so it makes local news. I see yesterdays update showed 1 member TRX.

Hey, thanks for putting in the effort to keep us all updated! While it might not magically speed up the truck deliveries, it's definitely satisfying to stay informed about the flow through the factory.

Incorrect.

Clicking “refresh” on the pizza tracker every 5 seconds has been scientifically proven to speed up delivery times by up to 4x!
 
my pizza tracker didnt update saying my truck shipped until i got a call today saying it was delivered to the dealer. yesterday my pizza tracker didnt even say shipped. today it said shipped but TBD on delivery.

Same. The other phases were pretty accurate but the “delivered” on did not update until after MD called me and said they had the truck.

guess I wasn’t clicking “refresh” hard enough.
 
My order is still not in the pizza tracker even though it has been escalated to a specialist for 3 days now 😆. I do have an ETA now however if 5/25 - 6/5.
 
The pizza tracker is done by a volunteer as a courtesy. It may not be up to the minute, but would you rather not have it? With all the complaints, if I was doing it, I would quit. Show some appreciation.

When I say the pizza tracker I am referring to RAM Vehicle Order Tracking run by Stellantis. The Ram tracker run by @triple_B is great and very much appreciated by all of us but he was also unable to see my updates due to Ram not having my order in their system (ram chat folks also can't see it) He was able to see my build sheet and window sticker and graciously uploaded those.

They are easily confused, and people commonly use them improperly. and Triple_b's is only updated a couple times a day. Some people expect him to live update. The best tracking, is Ram text updates. The truck I had ordered, I recieved the text that it was shipped 14 hours before any tracker showed it built.

The issue for my order is that it somehow never got into any system for tracking so I never got the email from ram confirming the order, never got the text update invite, never showed on the tracking site and was never visible to the Ram customer care chat or phone agents. The dealer was able to see the order and provide updates to status etc. but of course I didn't want to bug the dealer multiple times a week with my obsessive need to track the order! Ram customer care eventually said they would escalate the issue to a specialist case manager and set me up with daily email updates but nothing has come of that so far. In the end it doesn't matter as I know the order was built and is at the body vendor and today got an ETA so I am a happy customer.

They really do seem to be screwed up lately. I contacted customer care a month or so ago. Nobody knew anything, person to person, they were going to call back multiple times, no call backs. They had to ask engineers. Finally got a wrong answer.

How do you set up the Ram text updates?
