My truck arrived about a week ago and I was doing financing through Mark dodge but for some reason they were not able to pull the cash bonus of $1250. I got the cash bonus when I ordered the truck in May, I locked the incentives of 0% for 60 months which I was able to get . Anyone know a reason why they couldn't pull the cash bonus? Will I be able to use the cash bonus some other way if I call ram?? Thanks

Is the $1,250 part of the incentives or a coupon you received? I was able to get the 72 month 0% in Sept. I could use my $1,000 coupon but could not apply the incentives. It was either 0% or Incentives for me.

It felt like the night before Christmas……
(while visions of ram trucks danced in my head) Due to a back strain I was sleeping as quiet as a mouse, My Wife yelled all through the house. I awoke to see what was the matter, she said 2 missed calls from Lake Charles and continued to chatter. Away to the iPhone I flew like a flash, I told my wife It was Mark Dodge and they needed the cash. I opened the attachment and to what my wondering eyes should appear, not a miniature sleigh but a silver truck and eight additional Photos my dear. This little old driver became lively and quick and did not feel as tired and sick. In the blink of an eye I got out of bed and the loan officer ensured me I had nothing to dread. MD staff spoke a few words but went straight to their paperwork And filled the gas tank full and prepared the truck without a quirk. I sprang to my rental sleigh and gave out a yell, I had 9 hrs to drive and felt like hell. So away I flew fast and quick, down to Louisiana to meet with St. Nick. I met with MD on Friday 10/28 and they treated me right, and they probably heard me exclaim as I drove out of sight "Merry Christmas to all and to all..goodnight
Goodnight."

Shipped my old Tacoma from VA to UT last month and it was ~1500 and took 5 days including pickup and drop off. Talking to shippers, it seems the biggest challenge is getting a schedule slot, the more flexible you are with that, the better the price you will get as they will put you on one of the trucks that someone is paying more to get from point A to B

Any way to track a truck after it has left the factory other than the RAM BRAND VEHICLE ORDER TRACKING site? I never could get my truck to come up on it. I just stopped by the dealer and they said it was still on a rail yard in Toledo. Will be a year this week since I placed to order so I would not be surprised at anything but I would have figured it would have moved further down the line by now. Thanks for whatever light you guys can shed on the subject!

I went to pull the trigger to order a 2023 eco diesel 6ft bed crew cab after a lot of research, and got told that was no longer a valid build config. There doesn't seem to be any in the way of 2022 eco diesel 6 ft bed crew cabs on the lots out here in so. cal. Trying to figure out if it's worth the time looking at the inventory page.

if you can wait for custom order (aka you don't need a truck for the foreseeable ~6 months) you can contact Mark Dodge in Louisiana and custom order one.
just not sure if eco diesel is still on the order chart though
