Weekend numbers are typically lower anyway and rumor is that the plant has not been running full weekend shifts to allow inventory levels to come back up to try to keep weekday production moving. Those numbers do seem to be trending downward.

With the way things are going I will not be surprised if 2023 production starts in 2023Man, good thing they closed the Rebel order books so early, would have been difficult to build before end of 22 production. /s
Anyone want to take bets on if they will start production before Christmas?
will that be a first? With the way things are going I will not be surprised if 2023 production starts in 2023
No idea bigdodge...will that be a first?
the later date explains why no one with a 23 VIN have been moved to D-1

Yup, my dealer currently has 54 1500’s on the lot. Most are Big Horns and Laramies. They do have 3 Rebels and 4 Limiteds. You couldn’t find a Rebel or Limited earlier in the year. My sales lady told me they had someone offer $5K over MSRP for my Rebel when it showed up back in April. My local dealer currently has 30 new RAM’s on the lot. Most I have seen in years even predating all these production and supply chain issues. Never seen this many left so late in the model year either. Typically by September the current model year inventory is getting thin making room for the new trucks.
They’re gonna have to start passing on some pretty big discounts and incentives to get these trucks moving. Seems nobody is willing to pay MSRP anymore in this current environment like they did previously.
I noticed later the dealer is now offering on average $5000 discounts plus current rebates and incentives. They didn’t budge off MSRP a few months ago so that’s finally a step in the right direction.Yup, my dealer currently has 54 1500’s on the lot. Most are Big Horns and Laramies. I understand not producing a ton of 2023s with high 2022 inventory, but why not start producing SOLD 2023 orders? They could make more money by not offering incentives on 2023s due to the high 2022 inventory. The inventory isn’t going anywhere soon with Sloppy Joe’s interest rates.Yup, my dealer currently has 54 1500’s on the lot. Most are Big Horns and Laramies. They do have 3 Rebels and 4 Limiteds.
