It’s an arm’s length transaction with customers. Regular people like us can’t sue Ram because we don’t have a contract with them. That’s the beauty of their setup. Dealers are the middlemen, which provides protection from any and all liability on this stuff.

100%. But who do you lose your mind to? There is 0 customer service ... Ram Chat are basically just robots with scripts to read out, the dealers all seem as lost as all of us and there is basically no other lines of communication to find out where our 50-60-70k investments are after weeks and months of waiting.

Yes. Once a day in the evenings. I make a morning post for BS (M-F) and an evening post with WS (7 days a week)

@RamCares does anyone there actually put any thought into customer service? We are tired of being dicked around. You guys have built almost 80000 trucks, and people who ordered in the first 10000 are still waiting, while recieving zero information. How about someone nuts up and helps us out.

I priced a F250 Platinum today. Should be able to order one and spend basically what I was going to spend on a RAM 1500.
