Not sure I understand that. Why one truck waits 2 months from BS to WS while others are issued the same day and shipped out a few days later.

Hahahahahaha funny how I start calling and inquiring about my order and have the dealer check on it and now magically it moves into production the next day hahahahahaha I'm just glad to see movement

Whelp, I am over the two month mark since order and my truck is still only showing order confirmed on the tracker. Any one know what will happen to the order if they start the transition to making 2023 models?

assuming you're price protected, you get a 2023 model for 2022 price. You should be at least already ahead by 1K since they have increased prices since you've ordered. Congrats on the equity! Only downside is interest rates might be super high by time you take delivery so save that cash now...

It's probably just better to consult your dealer to find out what price they're going to apply. Not all dealers price protect their vehicles for some reason. At Mark Dodge I signed paperwork on the agreed upon price and it didn't change despite a $2K MSRP increase.

as I understand it
price protected is a deal the dealer and the factory have with each other, where you agree on a price at the beginning with your dealer and that is the price you pay even if the factory raises the price.

Must be what happened for me. My dealership honored the price I got when I ordered even though my window sticker was 2k more.
