Does anyone know why fleet vehicles aren’t being made. We got told that our car is in a fleet order and still don’t know when it will get made. The fleet order has been done from Canada. Can anyone let me know
I'm in the same boat, ordered a 2021 last March, bumped into a 2022 shortly after, still no VIN assigned. Priority will be given to where they make money, fleet vehicles are at the bottom of that list.

Not exactly, the POC will still show what you ordered, but more importantly the top of the sheet will show the current status and any ETA's the factory has assigned to your order.

Your Build Sheet shows what was actually built.
Ahhh ok. Thanks!

What do you guys think is a good amount of time after I have a window sticker to bug the dealer/md about an estimated arrival date I know they’re busy so I don’t wanna keep bugging them and I think Ramchat is pretty useless at this point correct?
Maybe 5 days or so
I waited 30 days and then contacted Ramcares. They opened a case to escalate my shipping priority; 2 days later, I received an updated estimated delivery status of 3/17.

Dunno....but check my sig ;)

By my count, I see 15 non-TRX VINs that are lower than mine, and only a couple have BS. I guess I should be grateful I have a BS. Called Ramcare.....again, and they acted shocked that my truck has been sitting in inspection for more than a couple weeks. According to my dealership he sent them a nasty email saying I'm ready to walk away and never buy any Ram or Dodge brand again.... which isn't quite 100% true, but getting close. Lol

Feels like I'm pushing every button and making every call I can to get it moving again.... and nothing. Guess I gotta work on my patience some more. Lol

did you visit the dealer and get a current poc and a copy of the dealer connect report.

....And for anyone waiting to pick up your sold order at MD.... they've got several truckloads.... CJ said they had 8 car carriers unload on Tuesday, day before we arrived.
How much notice did MD give you on the exact day your truck will be ready?

Renae mentioned to me a couple weeks ago that my truck will arrive at the railyard 3/3 and then it can take up to 14 days to be transferred to their lot.

I was hoping my truck was on one of those carriers but I haven't received any info yet.

Anyone know the distance required for rail transport versus car carrier? Specifically, wondering if vehicles going the 470 miles to Koons outside of Wash DC is shipped via rail or truck. (I will ask them next week when I check in, but thought I'd ask here first)
