Edit: to clarify, I changed my order after the changed packages to get the HUD. New POC showed them all added.

Is that the most up to date POC? Mine shows LL1 as being priced at $3,295

This would not be the first time that they built a truck that didn't match the POC. There were a LOT of TRX's that were built without the Harman Kardon stereo, HUD, and digital rearview mirror. They fixed that ordering issue (a customer service rep supposedly admitted it was key-entry error by some internal employees).

I think it would be weird to have 2 packages with the same name, but different prices and options. Idk. I'm screwed and know it. Least got the surround camera so my wife can see what curb she's hitting.

When Ram announced that they were "simplifying" the packages, they really botched the conversion. From what I can tell, no one really knew what was going on (including dealers, buyers, and the factory). You're right - they should have created new package naming conventions, so as to eliminate the confusion.
But either way, you have a POC specifically showing what was to be included. I would push like hell for a replacement at the original price.

Got my WS 2/8 and got this from my dealer yesterday. Apparently it was originally supposed to get to Mira Loma, CA yesterday then would have been to the dealer by tomorrow, but the dealer is showing a 2 week delay now. This from the storm out east maybe?

Is it possible they only gave you the options that were included in your packages when you ordered? I recall that, "back in the day," the digital rear view mirror and HUD were only available in the Tech Package, which your signature does not indicate you ordered. I know the "new" LL1 package includes them, but you ordered before then, so maybe they are only building your truck to the specs that existed when you ordered?

I did not order the tec pack because it was not available at the time of my order 7/31, but wanted it. Ram then put out a letter stating that oreders will be be built as ordered. well as alway in the crazy world of ram things changed and i had to accept ram order change to add the feature of the tec pack into LL1 package and their cost increase..i wanted it so i agreed and it only added about $400 to my build. which i am still waiting on.
