Start of 2022 Production.

Finally a BS today. Thanks to triple_B & Eighty for the work you put into this forum. Have a question for forum members after reading my BS...Seems I forgot to add anti-slip diff should I be concerned? I live in the Midwest where traction can be an issue

Are you passing on it? I guess MD will put it on their lot?
I had first went with the etorque, had second guesses so reordered w standard hemi. I imagine it will go to lot, the build is almost fully loaded. Hope it finds a good home.

The DT tracking codes are simply references to customer service tracking your order (did you use Ram Chat often?).

D1-To-D Regress means your order was investigated by Ram for possible fraud by the dealer.

The Special Scheduling Condition VII, I hate to inform you, means your vehicle had recycled parts used in the build. Sometimes, a truck can't pass inspection, so the floor recycles those parts into another truck. Presumably, your truck passed inspection, so hopefully the recycled parts are ok.

T3AC means the AC system required three cycles to pass inspection. Make sure to test it out before you take delivery.

This is all BS. Don't belive it. Except for the D1-To-D description.

I ordered mommy Laramie 1/24; vin assigned 1/25 and it’s in D1; ESD 2/27–

After reading through all these posts and seeing other trucks i’m having second thoughts on some of my choices.

I got Level 2; Night Edition; BUG, ASG, Diamond Black, 5.7 non torque; 3.21.

Is it too late to change to 3.92 or add the 33 gallon tank or even change to EcoDiesel Engine?

I know I’ll love the Laramie; I had a 2019 big horn that I loved and this is equipped far better; maybe Im just too anxious waiting for the truck, maybe i’m crazy for wanting those other options—someone convince me I’m crazy to change or crazy not to?

I was told by my dealer, and other posts on here, once it hits D1, the only way to change is cancel and re-order. Not sure what that means for the deposit. But you cant change an order once its in D1.

Fraud? Recycled parts? Or BS? So you’re hazing the new guy or what?

welp. my truck has been at the dealer for about a week due to me being on a work trip. had my dad go check it out and he found a small ding from either shipping or what have you (dealer of course says we didnt do it). so he lets the guy know that that needs to be addressed and to get me the remaining info i need in order to drive the 800 miles to go pick it up...well 2 days have passed and this sales guy is starting to **** me the hell off. I do not have a lot of time to go get this thing this week and make it back...so now the question...do i risk it for the biscuit and drive out there and hope that it is all squared away...or do i make the guy wait two more weeks until i have time to go pick it up...and how this dude been treating me since this thing came in.. i may walk my purchase agreement to another sales person and say you sell this to me.

Just having a little fun. The fraud part is accurate. Some dealers were placing "sold" orders using fake customer names on orders to get trucks faster. Stellantis caught on and investigated certain dealers. Some orders being investigated that were in D1 were reverted to D status pending the outcome of the investigations.

The recycled parts answer was a joke, and identified as such. There are a few threads on what the Special Scheduling Conditions mean, but nobody knows for sure. However, I believe something like 99% of all "sold" orders have Special Scheduling Condition VII on their build sheet.

You can always try to change, after my original order I wanted to make a change and my dealer just ordered a new truck with the options I wanted. Now bot trucks will arrive today and I get to make the decision. I have the 3.21 in my 19 Ram it tows fine, I went with the 3.92 because I am upgrading my travel trailer to a little bigger and want the extra power to tow.

Got it home yesterday. The whole buying process was flawless except for the wait. Bobby at Lake CJRD here in Lewistown, PA did a great job! Thanks also to Tripple_B and Eighty for all you do here!

2022 Limited, eTorque, level 1 trim, multifunction tailgate and lots more!

That dealer fraud thing seems to be no joke. My salesman whose is kind of a buddy told me the mothership is making sure all customer orders are going to real customers. If they sell a custom order to another name the dealership could get suspended from custom orders. He said he thought some dealership in New York (maybe) was ordering a bunch under false names to get the priority like Pi Esq mentioned.

Congratulations it looks great! The flag in the background of the close up shot of your new truck doesn't get more American than that! 🛻🇺🇸

I do the ordering for our sheriff's office and we tried ordering a 2022 Ram SSV and were told they were no longer orderable with the Hemi V8. FCA cut the date of on January 31. Only V6's can be ordered. Wondering if there is a V8 shortage or close to be.
Thats probably why my hemi non etorque jumped up $500 on my sticker compared to first order. Glad I’m price protected

Thanks @triple_B and @Eighty for this update. I know I am late to the party but does anyone know how long a vehicle stays in the inspection stage? My truck build date was Jan 19 and my truck is still stuck in I status with no expected delivery date yet?

How long does it take to hatch a loaded Rebel? 100517, nine months to the day. BUT it’s finally unloaded at the dealer in Farmington MO

WS 26 Jan - Dealers lot 14 days so it slightly beat the 15.7 day stat for Missouri.
Sooo bloody happy this almost over. And CarMax gave me an outstanding bid on my wife’s Outback. Tomorrow’s the 1st anniversary of her passingD0EAFCE7-BD74-4974-99D7-8CA7AFB42A67.jpeg315D48E2-6154-4A68-92AC-4E8C98A8E72A.jpeg
