Mine beat the 15 days from SHAP. It's here. Per internet sales girl. My salesman isn't suppose to know I know already. Lol

Arrgh, the assembly line must be moving slower in the cold. RAMChat tells me mine is in paint right now. It started Frame, build code E, yesterday morning, so not moving too fast. Hope to see a BS tomorrow then...

Just completed a session with Ram Chat. Build sheet posted on 1/20 by @triple_B View attachment 118310View attachment 118311
I can see your vehicle has completed the initial build and is at the body vendor now having any additional or options equipment installed. This is the last stage in the build and will soon be moving onto shipping!

I received a similar message for my 1/20 bs date. Mine is at the body vendor today.

This may be a dumb question, but do you have to select the Limited 10th Anniversary package in order to be able to get Blue Shade paint or is it able to be selected on it's own? The online configurator doesn't show Blue Shade at all, not matter the configuration, and my dealer can't give me a straight answer.

Looks Like I'm in the same spot as you. I got the build sheet from @triple_B on 1/20 also but no Window Sticker yet.
Same here - BS on 1/20 but no WS yet. This isn't too surprising though because, one there is a weekend in there, and two I ordered the spray in bedliner so that is going to take another day or two to go through the process. I did decide to check in with RAM chat and here is their answer: "I can see your vehicle has completed the initial build and is at the body vendor now having any additional or options equipment installed. Getting stoked about getting my vehicle but still taking forever even knowing I am close to done.

Ram's on-line doesn't show many things. Get's you to the city however not the street address.

According to on-line, you can't get a 10th Anniversary in 4x2. I did thanks to the dealership. The dealership has ground truth. That might change from day to day on some models. Much discussion on folding mirrors and ASG. I'm going to venture the Limited can have the package add-ons. I'll also wager the Blue Shade and 10th Anniversary go hand in hand. You can still get 10th Anni in any of the other colors. Then again, dealership will have the magic touch, ground truth for the day.

They have the magic touch. If they know how or want to use their magic.

my dealer can't give me a straight answer.

My salesman had the same issue on the 4x2 and color - we hashed out the build - they went to the Sales Manager (ordering person) and came back with what could be done. I recall being told SM just got off phone with factory in regards to the build.

As much as visiting dealerships can be fun or a pain. There are a string of folks that have had great success with Mark Dodge in getting ground truth and great deals. Iffin I'd run into issues that was where I was going to turn.

Good luck.

Yes have to have the 10th Anniversary package first then pick the color and blue shade will appear

Ok that's what I was told and I also have the power side steps. But I'm seeing plenty of Limited's with WS the next day after BS and they have spray in bed liners and power sidesteps. It just seems that there are more than the norm in limbo from the 1/20 BS day! I hope I'm just being over paranoid.

Picked up on Saturday. While driving home I noticed a very annoying rumbling noise which could be heard over sound of the radio. It would go in and out. Kind of like going over rumble strips but with a lot of bass. Long story short 2 trips to the dealership and a ticket into Ram engineers later and the amplifier is bad causing the problem. Has something to do with the ANC system. They tried reflashing the software but that didn’t work so they have overnighted a new amplifier. I have the HK sounds system. Just providing the info in case someone else ends up in my space. On a good note my Ram Connect App has performed flawlessly for remote startups, lock, unlock, etc. lol.

may be a dumb question—what are the different statuses i can expect and the order?

My order got placed 1/24 at 3pm EST and already have a VIN, dealer says that’s fast? hopefully a good sign for me?

@triple_B what type of info do you use to check on members truck status?

Your dealer will have to give you specifics beyond the BS and WS that Eighty and Triple_B pull up. I think this is still accurate though:

he sequence for the build process is: (correct me if I'm wrong) Still trying to figure approximate time in status because there seems to be no rhyme or reason to dime orders taking 2 weeks and others 10+ weeks.

BA: New order that hasn't been checked
BB: Review by fleet department
BD: Special equipment processing
BE: Edit error
BG: Passed edit n/a for schedule
BGL: Edit ok parts unavailable
BX: Passed edit available for schedule
C: Sub firm - Tentative schedule
D: Firm schedule - dealer has allocation and all parts available
D1: Gateline schedule - scheduled to be built
E: Frame
F: Paint
G: Trim
I: Built not ok'd
J: Built ok'd
JB: Vendor Abyss!!!
JE: Emission check
JS: Shipped to storage, really? Someone else near me needs a Jeep or 3!
KZ: Released by plant , invoiced (window sticker)
KZL: Released - not shipped (see JS)
KZM: First rail departure
KZN: First rail arrival
KZO: Delayed/recieved
KZOA: Plant holds
KZOB: Zone/distribution holds (see JS)
KZOC: Carrier delays
KZOD: Carrier holds
KZOE: Mis-shipped vehicle
KZOF: Show/test vehicle
KZOG: Damaged vehicle
KZOH: All other reasons
KZT: Second rail departure
KZU: Second rail arrival
KZX: Delivered to dealer
ZA: Canceled

wow long list—super excited now that i’ve ordered.

Apparently according to Ram Customer care i’m in “scheduling” which is a good sign (i think) and pretty quick turn around from order so far.

"Scheduling" is D status. Once your order is accepted and a VIN# has been assigned you move to D. You can be there for days, weeks, or in some of our cases there are still orders from May/June in D. The next status (hopefully) for you is D1. This is when you are hard scheduled for production to begin. D1 means that all the parts for your build have been allocated and are on site.

Since we're talking about this, here's something I just posted on another thread (using "best guess" correction data for everyone's order dates). It is based on 1,195 member orders that have received build sheets.
Average order-to-BS duration is 96 calendar days
Minimum duration is 8 days
Maximum duration is 259 days (and there are people that are still waiting for a BS in excess of that)
Median duration is 92 days.

Unfortunately when I ordered back in August I had not joined this forum yet and knew anything about Mark Dodge, so I went through a local dealer here in western PA. Needless to say I have not been pleased with the experience so far. In the future I will definitely be checking out Mark Dodge when I order my next truck.
