It's been a month today since I got my truck. I'm loving it! (sounds like a McDonalds commercial ) Coming from a 2011 Taco, it took me a few days to learn the tech in the new truck.

I got it ceramic coated about a week ago.



I just want to say thanks to everyone here (especially @triple_B and @Eighty ) for making the waiting game entertaining. I'm well aware I was lucky and got my truck really fast. I haven't read all the pages that I missed, but I hope everyone gets their truck very soon. @monkeypunch I hope you either got it yours already or at least have the light at the end of the tunnel.

Finally got the new truck out on the freeway and that what used to be rear window drone is doing it from the front driver window being down. Crack any of the other windows and it goes away. Crazy loud

I'm in the same boat with timing as the other camper; If I don't go D1 before about this time next month I don't think I'll see the truck in time to break in before our spring break Florida camping trip- might just have to put that couple thousand miles on my current truck or test out the Tellurides towing capability!

Anyone know the likelihood of getting an option added? I ordered 1/7 and got my VIN via email 1/18. I contacted my dealer on 1/15 to ask if I can add the Pano-sunroof...which was something I wanted and just totally missed on POC. The sales guy seems more concerned about whos fault it was that it was missed (which I told him its 100% on me), but he did say his manager emailed Chrysler. He didnt really give me much confidence that it can be added.

I asked today and they said they havent heard anything back yet. Really hoping it can be added!

you may have to reorder in order to get the options you want.

VIN 248810 here - BS was created on Jan 3 and still waiting....I've talked to the dealer (Koons Tysons - who has been EXCELLENT btw) and Ram Chat and both said the vehicle is in JB status with no expected delivery date. Starting to get a little antsy over here - been 17 days so I am definitely on the higher end of the BS to WS timeframe. Any suggestions / updates to understand what's going on would be much appreciated!!

not unusual if anything is wrong it is fixed here so they can make it right

look at the tracker there are lots of trucks that take a while at the body vender

Hey ccelia - I ordered from Koons as well. They told me I am in D1 status (ordered 12/13), and have been for at least a week or so. When did you order? Looks like a bit before me based on vin - I am 252433. I am very curious to hear how long your shipping takes once it is on its way. Craig told me "a couple of weeks." Is your Longhorn loaded up with add-ons that would be installed at the body vendor?

Another thank you here to @Eighty and @triple_B for their information through the process. Picked up my baby yesterday at Mark Dodge and it is an absolute dream. As I mentioned in the MD thread, they are a class act so if anyone is on the fence or wants to save money, you don't need to think twice about ordering with them.

The truck is incredible, and once I get some time I will snap a bunch of pics for all you still waiting. It is honestly worth every minute of the 17 weeks of waiting for me .... absolutely amazing machine in terms of comfort, functionality, ease of use and just pure looks.
