Using some textured abs plastic purchased from Amazon i made these. Not hard. Sanded the edge for a good transition and so the tonneau cover seals. This is about the cheapest solution I could come up with. There's about an 8mm overlap from the hole on all sides. Attached with a little right stuff, but a thin 3M double sided adhesive would work too.
