Anyone know of a good set of greasable front swaybar bushings for our trucks? Also are there adjustable end links yet?

There is a tsb about a clunk caused by sway bar and links. 20-002-19 came out 5/19

Yeah but OP isn't having the issue described in the TSB (clunking while driving on the street)

He's talking about a grease-able ball joint for the sway bar end links. Which for the record, OP, I'm pretty sure haven't been made for the DT trucks yet (no idea if they're even available for other generation half ton Rams or not)

It’s not the end links that squeak it’s the bushings that hold the actual swaybar under the truck

Oops, misread which part you were trying to grease! Honestly I've never heard of grease-able bushings for the sway bar mount. Usually they're not really super high quality bushings, and they're split as well. Maybe you can drill a hole through one side of the rubber and the clamp, and then add a zerk fitting?

Any update on new bushings or any way to stop the squeakiness?

Facing the same issue. Bad sway bar bushing. Clueless dealer replaced it twice and slapped cheap grease literally everywhere and made a mess which made me stop going to them the third time. Ive been trying to find a better bushing since quite some time. Does someone have any input as my rebel sounds like a 25 year old truck on bumps and potholes, true misery due to a cheap bushing from FCA for a 60k truck I'm not pleased. Help guys !! @RamCares this is one frustrated customer here.

Can someone post a video of the noise. I think I may be experiencing the same thing but it’s hard to tell exactly where it’s coming from when inside the truck. Mine usually just makes the noise when turning/ going over bumps.

Exactly the issue I'm facing, it is a poorly made dry sway bar bushing behind your front axle.
Tried all kinda greases to temporarily fix the issue. I'm currently looking for a better bushing and potential fix. :( It's truly embarrassing for a truck this new especially when you pull in to a lot with alot of bumps and people look for a dump truck instead of a brand new rebel.

Hi @Hail rebel - I am deeply sorry for the trouble. If you would be willing to follow up with me via private message to provide additional details of your most recent dealer visit to address this, I would be happy to learn more to determine how to best assist at this point.

Hi @osage91 - If you work with your dealer for this, please be sure to let us know so that we can get you set up with further support for that process.

Im currently going through the same thing on my 2021 ram big horn built to serve…. Truck is 8 months old but sounds 18 years old.currently waiting on bushings the dealer said.

For people reading this that have problems after off-roading: you can remove the bushings and apply synthetic bearing grease to the inside of the bushings. You can also apply moly-fortified synthetic grease and it will last a few off-roading trips.
