Mark, I'm not sure what help you're offering. Please elaborate. Who you with?
Thanks, Bob

2020 Ram Limited have had for 2 months. While on vacation at about 1,000 miles Electronic Throttle Control warning light came on. Diverted to local dealership, they reflashed it (?) as a TSB was issued for that matter. 3 hours on the road and it happened again, slows to limp mode, restarted vehicle and continued home with Check Engine light on. Once at home I left my camper hooked to truck and it (?) killed the battery. After jump starting all sorts of warnings were on. Took to dealership with about 1,800 miles. They say it needs a new Body Control Module, a device that operates everything; a central computer. Replacemebt part will be in next week, I'll update within a couple weeks.
10 days later and the part hasn't come and they don't know when it is coming.

Did you ever engage with Ram Cares? I did and after some quick communication I was set up with a case number and a case specialist contacted me a day later. She engaged directly with the manager at the dealer from whom I was getting very few answers and then emailed me with an update. I’m interested to see where it leads, but it’s more than I got from the last vehicle manufacturer. If you’re getting vague info from your dealer it’s worth a shot to have that extra line of communication and a way to track it. They may even have a way to get more details on the status of your parts.

I'm a little late, but better late than never! I've had my Ram 1500 for 3 weeks, and 3k miles.... dropped it off at the shop today. Stuttering under light to medium acceleration and when cruising in gears 3-7. Back in my 500k mile Chevrolet again...

Took delivery 26 September of our second 2020 Ram 1500 in the family have had zero issues with either of our 2020s from day one. No quality issues, no hiccups, nothing. One is a Laramie with the 12” screen that I was concerned about and the other a LoneStar with the 8.4” screen - no problems to date at all.

Had my Rebel for 3weeks now and absolutely love it. Coming from an 18 gmc Denali and really like the comfort and drive ability of the Ram. 1st time owner, been GM for many years and truly have enjoyed this RAM so far.

3.5 months and all is well. except carplay and waze. when ever I go to waze my radio sound goes off. just push radio and then carplay again and it works. I assume it is somthing with waze. does not happen with imaps or google maps.

So far so good. Keeping my fingers crossed.

How it works your 2020 Ram 1500?
Have quality problems?
Please share your experience with your 2020 Ram 1500.
Five months and 10K miles on my 2020 RAM 1500 Longhorn 4x4 including a 2400 mi road trip to Colorado towing a trailer. Drives like a dream (better than any of my previous F150's) and no issues except front USB ports self change audio source from Sirius to whatever game wife is playing on her iphone. Finally resorted to plugging into rear USB ports. Otherwise truck is solid, no build issues or rattles. Couldn't be happier with my switch from Ford to RAM.

There is a setting in the radio menu for autoplay. If you uncheck that box, it shouldn't automatically switch sources.

having my dash replaced, auto steps replaced, wheels replaced, steering wheel replaced, ram boxes replaced on Tuesday, after waiting since August last year, now the back window frame is cracked and leaking all over my back seat, i called the dealer and they have to get a leak specialist to look at it when there is a visible crack through the frame, unbelievable, this truck is a POS, I bought it as a retirement gift when I retired from the Navy, and the dealers suck, so beware. I had to call RAM to get my parts finally, and they came in a week, stay on the dealer if you wait longer than a month call RAM. Also anyone doing a law suit, I want in. This is my third Ram and my last, had them for 30 years. They lost my business, also my tires lasted 10,000 miles and I had that shake problem but the new tires I purchased fixed the issue about 95%.
