Skid Plate - Stars and Stripes

Shout out to @976-HIKE for the great idea. I call this the 2019 Ram Rebel ‘Merica Edition

- did not remove skid plate, painted in place.
- primed using matte gray
- used blue painters tape for “stripes” and stick-on “stars”
- painted over everything using matte black
- removed tape and stars which leaves the negative images in gray
- clear coated finished product

When painting we did very thin coats 2 minutes apart and used one entire can of spray paint for each color and clear coat. In between colors we allowed 1 1/2 hours to dry. You can choose your own spacing and width for the Stars and Stripes depending on preference and whether you are required to run a front plate, which I am unfortunately. Hope you like it!
