"SiriusXM currently unavailable"

for what it is worth, I don't think the screen is replaced. My screen appears to be the same, but not sure. I believe the actual radio unit is somewhere hidden behind the dash and it's a matter of unplugging the old unit and plugging in the new one. I'm not 100% sure of this, but think that is the case.
I was wondering why they weren't just changing the module behind the screen. Makes more sense to me. Maybe I'll still get the extra screen protector :D(y)

My 2020 just got the stupid update(20.04.19) and of course it fried it. Now no audio works, volume is stuck at 3, no inputs(USB, Headphone, Sirius, AM,FM, etc.) at all, Assist button no longer works... at least the air, heat and basic vehicular functions work. It seems that the update broke the communications link because anything that needs over-the-air anything is not functioning. Geez what a brilliant bunch of engineers those bafoons at Chrysler UConnect are. I managed to get ahold of Samantha at UConnect and she started a case for me(the radio will need to be replaced) and now I get to wait around till they get it together, send me to the dealer and then however long that adventure takes. I hate my local dealer and the next one is clear across town. So I am screwed.

Although there is one upside, I need an oil change/tire rotation and I got one coming thats free due to RamCare so at least it will get done while there.

I'm having the exact same issue. My Sirius XM has completely disappeared after the latest update. Droppin g it off at the dealer on Wednesday?? How does a OS update completely erase this?? Its a software issue not a hardware issue??

Just dropped mine at the dealership. Been 3 months without anything related to Sirius and other small things. I found out they were trying to get a refurbished radio without giving me the choice. But Uconnect authorized a new radio for today's install. Fingers crossed all goes smooth.

Got the truck back yesterday. Radio works like it's supposed to. I had them throw in an oil change, tire rotation, top off fuel, screen protector, and a wash. He's also looking into starting the Sirius trial period over again.

Happy camper.
