Took about an hour to install. The bottom bolts seemed to have a little more paint than the top ones. I did have to back off the nuts a few times to remove some of the pealed paint. Just make sure you clean the bolt/studs from sand and road debris before you start.

I would recommend using a wire brush to strip the paint off of the bolts. but other than stripping off the paint. Installation was easy and quick.

Agreed, once the paint is cleaned off (I used a thread restorer nut to clean them) install is very easy. I would also spray them afterwards with anti-corrosion spray

Just installed the Go Rhino RB10s.
Those look great! How are you liking them? Do they have enough grip with just the powder coat finish or you think it’s worth going for the bedliner coating?

@Mducred You have the powder option too. Do you think it has enough traction?

I thought it might be helpful to post my installed RB10 pictures here. I think they turned out pretty well.

Went with the RB10’s as well. Having installed both the go rhinos and the Mopar off road boards on my dads Rebel, I must say the go rhinos have zero flex to them while getting in and out where the Mopar steps feel a little squishy. That being said, I like the look/feel of the Mopar steps better. I had a significant amount of snow build up on the mounts of the RB10’s where the mopar steps have a plastic isolator between the mount with a downward lip that may help break off any snow/ice build up. But that comes at a cost. $370 vs $840.

The RB10s are indeed absolutely rock solid. I would guess that they would pick up snow, but I don't need to worry about that in TX. The 20s might do better with the snow?

I went with Westin R6 steps. I like the look on these steps. C7297A4E-6D89-40AC-AFD2-C36DEC7268E5.jpeg
