Retrofitting the 33 gallon tank

Hey everyone I’m finally putting in my 33gal tank and I ran into a big issue. Off the charcoal carpet canister the line that runs up to the front of the truck all the guides say to get Purge Hose 52029908AB and Vapor Tube 57008595AA, but with everything in the truck it comes up like 5 inches short (first picture). I can reroute and stretch it to fit but I really don’t like that seems jank (second picture), can anyone tell me what i have that’s wrong maybe I got the wrong vapor hose ?
Idk if it has anything to do with it but my truck is a 2021 crew cab regular bed so it may be longer then a lot of trucks with the double cab ?

Also I have the provision for the 3rd strap if anyone has the part number for that and the 5/16 line that runs off the fuel hat to the chassis rail connection (3rd pic) cause I messed up the connector that would be super helpful.

That screen shot is kinda blurry do you have a link to that thread? First fill after programming my range only read 450 will that fix itself? I was expecting to be atleast over 500 with a 19mpg average

I have previously installed the 33 gallon tank and used part number 68307831AB for the vapor tube (34 1/2" long). I have a 2020 5.7L 4x4 Crew Cab and that vapor tube was a bit tight but did fit. It was definitely too long and added a little stress to the vapor tube. I recently discovered (thanks to TDP154) that 68307831AB is for a 33 gallon tank for 2019-20 3.6L V6 and 2019 5.7L but not for my 2020 5.7L. For 2020-21 5.7L 33 gallon the correct part is 57008595AA (31 1/2" long). There is also part number 57008597AA which is also identified for the 2020-21 5.7L 33 gallon tank (40 1/2" long) but not sure why it is so long (probably for a 6'4" bed and needs the extra 9"). The correct part for me was 57008595AA and is a perfect fit.

Also if you look at the shape of the tubes you will also see that 68307831AB is a different shape on the right side compared to the other 3. That is the correct shape for 2019 5.7 but not for a 2020 5.7. Another reason that 57008595AA is a perfect fit for my 2020.

Note: I identify this all as for a Crew Cab but believe it also fits Extended Cabs.
Found it
