Results of conclusive study

In my "OPINION" you guys are posting MPG reports way too early. You really need to give your engine at least 5,000 miles for it to be completely broken in and for everything to be seated properly to have consistency.
This is true, I'm at 3300 miles and the average economy is slowly creeping its way up as the drive train breaks in and the computers get everything figured out. I read on a site where owners of the Tundra claim it took almost 10k miles before they started seeing the MPG's get to where they're expected.
 
My average has been a steady climb as well. I'm actually above the Fuely average for Rebels right now. Went from 11.9mpg to a current overall avg of 14.3mpg. I get 16-19 on highway and 2-14 city.
