Replacing OEM Tires

I am in need for some new tires and thinking about switching away from the OEM tires. I am looking for a little more aggressive look without giving up too much in the noise department.

2019 1500 Limited with Off-road package so I believe I have the Wildpeak A/T3WA 275/55R20. I haven't had really any complaints with the Wildpeak, have about 45k miles on them.

Are there any issues if I switch to a 275/60R20? If so, what would you guys suggest. Thanks in advance!

Just curious...have you read any of the gazillion threads on this same topic?
I actually have, but it gets quite overwhelming when the threads branch into 10 different topics. I also was finding it harder to find a specific answer about the limited trim with the offroad package in terms if there is anything I need to be concerned about when selecting tires.

Same dilemma here.
I’ve narrowed it down to Cooper AT3 4S, Toyo AT3, Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac.
I’m sticking with the 275/55/20 size

Ditto on the Goodyear wrangler duratracs. Had them on my 2014 Tundra which I traded in for my Ram 1500 last spring and just put them on my Ram. They perform great in snow, not a lot of road noise and they look great!

Did you go with LT rated or regular P rated and what size?
Regular P and one size up, 275/60/20. No rubbing and fills the wheel Wells nicely

Ugh that looks so good. Damn this is a tough decision. At3 4S or Duratracs and do I go up a size. This is tough

Full disclosure here, I went with the Duratracs because my dad is retired Goodyear and I get them for 35% off… no brainer for me! However I think if I had a choice that didn’t involve steep discounts I’d go with the BF Goodrich KO2s. Had them on my last Ram and they looked, and performed, awesome.

That said, the Duratracs are performing great too.

Good luck. Whatever you choose, go up a size! Fills up the wells nicely. The factory 55s are just too dang small. I had the dealer do the speedo recalibration for like $130

You can fit one size up even on the non off road package.

I just swapped the OEM Duelers to Nokian Rotiiva AT Plus in 275/60/20. I prefer the utilitarian look to them over the flashy ones with crap on the sides. Had Wildpeaks on my Tacoma-great tires, not a huge fan of the look when compared to where I drove.

At this point, I'm not bothering with a speedo cailbration.
