Ok , so I've searched and searched this forum for a clean answer ,and most threads go off point very quickly! What I'm trying to find is advice on maximum tire size that will fit a STOCK NON AIR SUPENSION 2020 REBEL. My factory Dura tracs are about done, and I want to put the tallest, widest all terrain tire on without needing to level or lift my truck. Please only respond if you have a Rebel!

Thanks!

Probably a 295/70R18. I've got a 2/1" lift and there's plenty of space. I don't think you're fitting 35x12.5 on stock wheels with no lift.

I have 295/70-18 on mine with ORG. Just over 34”. All stock and zero rubbing anywhere. I was told that those are the max size with 1” raised height on the ORG especially if you do any off-roading.

I have a 24 Rebel and I did the heat gun trick to push out the wheel liners and 35”s fit perfectly t zero rubbing. I do have a level and -12 offset on my method 305’s but the level didn’t help the bigger tires the wheel well liner trick did.

Just bought a new Rebel GT. Upgraded to BFG ATKO 295/70. Dealer mechanics said it was the max size for a stock truck.

295/70/18
for sure fit cause i had 305/70:18 with no rub unless off roading then turnjng tires i would scrape

You cannot go wider than ~11.6” on a stock rim, regardless of height, so that’s why 295/70/18 is the consensus.

There is one guy here who runs a 35” stock but is able to do so because he ran a 285/75/28, and NOT the traditional 35x12.5”.

I can’t recall who that member was or if he off roads a lot, but I think he said that required a bit of heat gunning but no major cutting.

295 is the widest I would go on the stock rim. Mine clear the upper control arms but wouldn’t want to get any closer.

Hmmm, I had 35x12.5x20's on stock wheels on my 2014 Ram, that had a level. But the tires still fit my wheels!

This is the issue. Airing down is out of the question with this. And I don't see how OP couldn't find anything on the subject. This question is literally asked daily. Sometimes more than once.
