Why does the drivers side rear end un level by 2 inches?

A whole 2” would mean something is seriously wrong. But if it’s just a slight lean, it’s due to a full tank of fuel. Check to make sure the ground is level 100%.

This was my first guess. If it's an air suspension truck, especially with some miles on it, a corner might be done/ruptured.

Two inches is quite a bit. My 2019 Rebel has always been lower on the left side by about 1/2 “ front and rear. Doesn’t bother me anymore I just accepted that engineers placed the fuel tank, main 90 pound amg battery, suit case battery if you have etourque all on the left side. If it’s a Rebel you also have a hefty fuel tank skid plate. I’ve read that this was supposed to be compensated by different left and right side rear coil springs but ???
