Rebel 2 package animated headlights and taillight

I have the original rebel 2 listing on my window sticker, I may have a screen shot of the website from back in November. If I do I will post it here.

As for Ram customer service it was less than fun this morning jumping from chat to chat only to be told that I have to work through my dealer because "they should be able to ensure the right items get installed on the vehicle" Which we all know is not possible.
I had a similar experience with the chat and my dealer still won't acknowledge the window sticker issue. It's partly why I'm trying to find original screen shots so I can help build any and all the documentation I can get. I've had to go to a different dealership that was able to assist to some extent but it was a necessary step to get a Ram case opened. They kept closing them prior stating similar things and that it's not warranty related so they couldn't assist. I'm hoping this new case can get some resolution.

It’s all moot. They’ve already admitted that it was listed in error, and reissuing new window stickers. The package price is the same without as is was with animated lights listed, so there’s no compensation to owe.

You can't tell people it's an option on the truck, include it in the contract and then just toss your hands up because of an error. Sure, that works for people buying going forward but for previous buyers it seems like a pretty clear case of false advertising. People have been offered buybacks, refunds or Mopar store credits so it's worth having the conversation.

I agree, just don't have the time/patience to start a class action against RAM.

Tried looking up if the window sticker is a legally binding document per the- Fed Govt.no luck so far.

So I got an email from customer care today. Basically said screw you. We made a mistake and lights are only cosmetic and we are not going to do anything about them.

Yep, I got the same email a month ago.
"It was an error on the window sticker. Animated lighting is not available on the Rebel and nothing can be done to instal them because it's a different set up with the bumper and wiring harness. A corrected window sticker has been printed for all vehicles currently in stock at dealerships. There is no buy back or cash settlement offered. There for we are closing your case. Thank you for driving and choosing Ram and contacting Ram Customer Service. Have a nice day."
🤬 🤬 🤬 🤬 🤬

It's insane to me that they can just call this a misprint (and not do anything)when it was an option listed on the website, the build sheets and then finally the window sticker.

My window sticker doesn’t say it 2025 Rebel X . But my build sheet does say “ Exterior Rear Lighting Animation”.
