I had a similar experience with the chat and my dealer still won't acknowledge the window sticker issue. It's partly why I'm trying to find original screen shots so I can help build any and all the documentation I can get. I've had to go to a different dealership that was able to assist to some extent but it was a necessary step to get a Ram case opened. They kept closing them prior stating similar things and that it's not warranty related so they couldn't assist. I'm hoping this new case can get some resolution.I have the original rebel 2 listing on my window sticker, I may have a screen shot of the website from back in November. If I do I will post it here.
As for Ram customer service it was less than fun this morning jumping from chat to chat only to be told that I have to work through my dealer because "they should be able to ensure the right items get installed on the vehicle" Which we all know is not possible.
