Someone on this forum received a email from FCA stating the Rebel 12 package is no longer available. Also, the package is no longer available in the configurator. Maybe FCA will release a new limited edition package for the rebel in the future, but right now, the Rebel 12 is "dead." You may be able to find a few out at dealers.

I wish they would just figure this out!
Id imagine if you searched some dealers far and away you could still find one. For instance Dave Smith in Idaho one of the largest ram dealers may have one. I know not long ago Williston ND had one as I almost purchased but didn't really want the panaroma roof
Does it include the leather seat option and power passenger seat?

Yes, though unfortunately this new Rebel12 '12A' package no longer includes the HK12, or more importantly (for me at least), no leather seats. I really hate those red seats. Too much red inside the cabin.
FCA needs to update their online Ram configurator for the Rebel 12A (AZ6). The message @SWI_Don posted from FCA does show the leather seats and power passenger seat is included in the 12A AZ6 package, but on the build site when one selects the 12" screen and 9-speaker system there is nothing said about leather seats; the standard cloth seats are the only ones shown.
The only way I can get to the rebel 12 package is to use the build and price link from this page. It only shows the AZ5 package though but the description for the package no longer talks about the HK speakers. It may not have specified before though.

If you check the response from FCA, it says their online builder isn't up to date and contact your dealer for ordering.
Confusing and frustrating. I wanted to order, however, I just pulled the trigger on one of the last ones that Dave Smith has on their lot (they have 4 or 5 more if you hurry). It is 100% what I am looking for other than the paint (Black) was my second option (I wanted Max Steele). I am boarding a plane in a couple of hours to go pick her up. Then start the 7+ hour drive home. Way worth it though..
I am hoping that they are back to letting people order the 12A package with leather and power passenger seat. I do love the 12" screen but could have made the truck work with the smaller screen. However, I could not pull the trigger on the all red interior and no power passenger seat. The HK is a nice bonus as well, but not a deal breaker for me.
