Yes, the seats do have to come out to remove the covers and the door sill cover as well... But, the C Pillars do not have to be removed (i removed the first one and broke a tab)

Im now looking for the oem storage hinged boards & parts in black, $60k 2025 Bighorn didn't come with it, was probably part of their cost savings reduction?? Anyone in S.E. Michigan have the oem one??

*UPDATE*
I removed the Driver Side rear seat and the frame cover, to reveal that the brackets DO in fact have the necessary holes to screw in the OEM underseat storage. If anyone is curious, here are some pics:
