does anyone have contact info for ram? I've called the numbers I found online and never seem to get where I need to go. I'm trying to initiate the msrp credit or buyback process my dealer has been dragging their feet.

yes, the exterior front and rear lighting animation is listed on my msrp sticker and on the build sheet. I have taken it to the service department, and they have verified that it is not present and cannot be equipped due to needing different headlights and taillights that I'm told are not compatible with my vehicle a 2025 ram rebel. I'm also having some other intermittent issues like glitches in unconnect system milage indicator on dash working but blinks on occasion and extremely bad fuel economy I run 93 octane and do not abuse my truck

Where can I find my build sheet. I also have 25 Rebel and the window stickers says front and rear animated lights.

Can you share the build sheet?

The build sheet concern, fuel economy, and other glitches are all separate issues. You would need to start a lemon law process.
