Ram 1500 Laramie Limited Issues

I purchased a Ram 1500 Laramie limited less than 2 months ago truck has driven superbly up until recently it completely shut down all component shut down the 12 inch screen went blank I've only had it for 42 days and major electrical problems and having it towed to the dealership today. I have never witnessed anything like this before ask this is my first truck I was hoping that my experience would be one that I would build upon. Hopefully the Diagnostics will show that it's an electrical problem and nothing major but I'm afraid I was just less than 60 days of driving a vehicle with only 1700 miles on it this is not a good sign if anyone else had this happen to them please tell me.

Thank you for your response. The service department at Jeff Smith Dodge Kia in Perry Georgia, did everything possible to determine the cause and could not pinpoint the issue. I was told that all diagnostic checks were conducted and the truck started up as before and was test driven for 14 miles no problem. So far after a week of driving I haven't noticed anything related to what happened. I would like to additionally to include... my
side reverse mirrors not returning back to normal automatically..., and truck remains on entry during normal driving without elevation to Aero or Normal suspension ....I hope this is not an ongoing problem..., is there anything I should know about the suspension...

If you use key fob for entry/exit then it should return directly to Normal at 15mph. If you use toggle switch, then I think it goes to aero. Cant recall exactly.

@Sjleo1288 I will try the mirror tilt tomorrow but will share I too am experiencing the suspension issue of not returning to proper riding height. Using the Selector switch lowering the truck to Entry/Exit, the truck will return to Aero Mode at 15 MPH, when using the key fob lowering the truck to Entry/Exit, the truck stays in that mode regardless. When using the key fob the truck should return to normal

Mirrors work as they should, Suspension as mentioned above but, now my brakes are beginning the Squeak Issue.......... I am not worried, my dealer will address my small issues, I Love This Truck!!!!!!

Good luck. I'm at 30 days at the dealer for my 2 month old truck. Etorque issue shut it down. Great start for a $67,000 vehicle.
