RAM 1500 Express Quad Cab with 6’4”tub CAB vs RAM 1500 Limited 5'7" Tub

Hi,

I was looking at buying ROLA roof racks for my ram which is a 2021 1500 Limited, quad cab 5'7" tub and the ROLA rep said that they fit a RAM 1500 Express Quad Cab with 6’4”tub.

Does anyone know if that is the same roof dimensions?

I don't believe you can get a 5'7" tub with a quad cab. If you have the 5'7" bed, you have a Crew Cab.

Quad cab is smaller than Crew Cab. So the rack won't fit.

As mentioned. If you have a quad cab you have a 6'4 bed...no other option.

Express is a 4th Gen term. And the Cab changed between the 4th gen and 5th Gen.

So if you have a 2021 quad cab....it will be different than the express quad cab.

If you have a 5'7 bed you have a crew cab...and it also has different dimensions.

Do I have a 5th Gen, a 4th Gen or a Heavy Duty?

Still finding a lot of people do not realize the differences. We want all types of members. It is fine to be a member here no matter what truck you own. But there is alot of confusion when you ask a vague question. There is a little bit of a challenge when speaking about 2019 to present RAM...

Not only can you not have a QC with a 5'7" bed, as pointed out already, was the Limited even offered with a QC for 2021?

Crew cab only for Limiteds. The quad was recently removed from the Laramie trim
