RADIO DOES NOT RECOGNIZE FAVORITE ARTISTS WHEN CONNECTED TO BLUETOOTH

I just bought a brand new 2021 Ram truck and love it.

The only issue is that when FAVORITE ARTIST appears on top of the radio......I hit it and no one is listed. It seems to not work when my phone (bluetooth) is connected to the radio.

Does anyone have a solution? Thank You!
