I have a lifted '24 Ram and had a '17. This is my second set of Nitto Trail Grapplers, 35x12.5x20s. At about 45k miles on both sets, the highway noise became significant. Not very happy with them at all now. I'm looking for a highway only AT style tire for commuting on the freeway. No snow or off road. Just California rain. I've been looking online at Falken AT4, AT Trail, Vredestein AT Pinza, Toyo llls, etc. I just can't bring myself to look at/buy an HT tire. Recommendations?

I have the Geolandar A/T G015, Not as aggressively styled as your current tire but on par with the Falken AT4 I think. I have family stretching from Bako to Dorris so I am familiar with the rain North of the Ridge Route. I currently live on the east coast of GA and these work perfect for the rain/sh!t interstate around here.

The problem, IMO, is the Ridge Grapplers have a wide tread pattern and as it wears, they cup. Mine are now really noisy and have a slight vibration. I just had them rotated and balanced. The alignment is good. This is the same issue I had on my previous Ram ... about 45k miles and they went to $hit. Now I have to drop $2k+ on tires again. I've heard very mixed comments on the KO3, some say great others say hella noisy on the highway.

I have 35"x12.5" KO2's and they have so far been really quiet. They are at 60,000 miles now and are "slightly noisier", but not that noticeable to me. If I drive next to a vehicle with tires with wide channels/grooves, I find that vehicle is considerably louder than mine. Seems like KO2's are going away, but you can probably still find some.

I've been trying to tell people for YEARS that $hitto tires are garbage and nobody listens. Apparently they are still getting worse.

I had Ridge Grapplers on my last truck and they lasted 80,000 miles. I replaced them with the same and never had a problem. I also rotated them every 5-7k during oil changes. On this truck I am trying Toyo Open Country AT3s and they seem fine so far.

I've seen complaints about them, but for me they're overpriced as well, or used to be. I don't bother looking anymore. Just like GY and BF Goodrich I'll never run.
