Does anyone know how the bilsteins would ride on level 5, with a 1inch spacer

Does anyone know where the Bilstein 5100 adjustable shocks are in stock and can be delivered quickly? A lot of places have them on back order. Also do I need UCAs if I go over 2 inches with them?
