Quality issues with Ram windows operation and glass quality?

I am back in town. Just called a number I was given from Ram Cares. They said to take it to a dealer.

I am really not happy with my warranty.

During the pandemic, there were major delays, but now, you should get an appt. within a week or two max.

Our dealer is at max technicians at this point, appointments are 4-5 weeks out.

Maybe take it back to original dealer maybe better luck good luck

Did you explain that you have taken it to a dealer multiple times and have been getting brushed off by said dealer. Not that I'd actually want that dealer trying to do the work if they were forced to by Ram. They would probably do shoddy work at that point.

@RamCares do better for this owner.
