Pulsing in brake pedal

When braking while making a tight turn there is a pulse in the brake pedal almost like the abs is being activated for a second or 2. Only happens when I'm going very slow -5mph or so. Doesn't do this every time either. Seems to occur at random. This happens with normal braking and turning. Thoughts? 1500 big horn quad cab, hemi
